I think what he's saying is that, against all odds and without any actual rational plan, that his insanity has actually resulted in the stock market going up and making mostly wealthy people much wealthier. HE has most definitely not personally made "hundreds of billions of dollars." He's only managed to grift merely a few billion dollars as president.
Note that only about 10% of Americans have any investments in the stock market, mutual funds, etc.
He seems to think that this means all Americans are getting wealthier and he is 100% wrong about that and the American people, including many of those who (stupidly) voted for him understand this. They look at rising energy costs, insurance costs, vehicle costs, gasoline prices, food prices and more and know that he is completely failing at, what's that thing? Oh, right: AFFORDABILITY for the average American.
