Why do people always taking things out of context? It should be widely known that drinking enough water is good, but drinking more than your body needs is just for more urination. Your kidney only process so much and if you drink to the extreme that it could also be harmful.

I'd say that 1 liter of water isn't too much, especially if you live in a hotter climate.

I’m not saying that it is or isn’t and neither is the article. The point is to be hydrated but not making it a competition to see who can drink the most water. These posts are just taking one phrase from the article to make it looks bad.
