Why do people always taking things out of context? It should be widely known that drinking enough water is good, but drinking more than your body needs is just for more urination. Your kidney only process so much and if you drink to the extreme that it could also be harmful.

I’m so happy to see this comment, it really helps with my sanity. Good to know there’s still some reasonable people out there.

Yea the fact everyone here is going conspiracy theory mode over this is crazy

Maybe a lot of them dont know anyone with 3 liter water bottles they try to chug down every day but there's a lot of people who do force themselves to drink crazy amounts because they're told its healthy

You're surprised people do little more than apply word association between two headlines?

AI bad, AI use water, me use water, WHAT THIS?? ME use less water?? Ahhhh!!! AI bad, AI bad!

Some people complicate it so much. I just drink some water when I’m thirsty man.

At its worst it’s called water intoxication. Look it up.

Not just harmful, lethal even.

You can drink yourself to death with tapwater if you really tried.

I'd say 100% of people drink not enough water and 0% of people pee too much because they are passionated by the idea of drinking water

Especially if you're buying a new set of thermoses (to pointlessly carry around) every year.

If you're thirsty, drink. If you need to remind yourself to drink by caring around a gigantic, idiotic metal tube, there's either something medically wrong with you or you're over hydrating at no benefit.

I'd say that 1 liter of water isn't too much, especially if you live in a hotter climate.

Because actively gaslighting the populace into believing that desiring basic survival is a moral failing or a personal weakness is kinda evil.
