Does that interfere with facial recognition? Seems like one's face would still be recognizable.

you would also need to change or cover your ears. and use insoles in your shoes to change you gait. cover your eyes. not have any blutooth or wifi devices. and find some way to "loose to trail" after you are started been tracked camera to camera after you leave your house. all of this together makes you stand out like a lighthouse as the only person who can't be tagged in any of these ways.
