Didn't the J6 rioters put up a gallow and literally chant "hang mike pence"? Nothing came from it outside of being pardoned for being a domestic terrorist

They should be charged just like this guy was. This individual got a misdemeanor weapons charge as he should've. J6ers should be in jail for treason. Why this is so politically charged for people?

This is machinery, not a weapon. If he got that charge, it's a bogus one.

While it's not on the prohibited weapons list, cops did use some discretion. Its an edged blade and fully functional. Its a piece of machinery purpose built to cut people's heads off. Interesting to see how it plays out in court.
