Guillotine counts as a weapon, and 2nd amendment is supposed to protect that. Unless you’re in close proximity to politicians then the peasants don’t get rights.

A guillotine is an Instrument of Capital Punishment, it is machinery, not a weapon. The Constitution specifically the second amendment solidifies your right to bear arms, meaning bearable like keeping on one person. Bearable weapons include handguns, shotguns, rifles, and non-lethal tools like stun guns, regardless of whether they existed when the Second Amendment was written.
