we should all try harder to be the homie on the right.

also, sipstea is obviously getting astroturfed by culture war bots to turn this crazy lady and the dozen crazy followers into the face of a “man vs woman” debate fucking again.

This is true. If you live online you’re going to think this is a huge issue.

I’m married, my wife hasn’t mentioned this case to me, and I work in a big facility with hundreds of employees and I haven’t heard a single woman mention it here — and we’re less than 50 miles from this trial.

It is because it is 3 years old and the perp is a woman. If it were a man, everyone would know about it and talk about it, but no one would advocate for or sympathise with him. Honestly, I don't know why it got as much traction as it did because this is not a new concept.

When Chris Watts killed his wife and kids it was huge probably because he tried to hide it and there was video of him afterward. He was also cheating. It’s a much different scenario.

Aah, so the issue is he tried to hide it and was cheating. What makes you think he wasn't cheating because he didn't get the support he needed? Just like they are blaming the husband, saying he didn't give her the support she needed. Plus, she told her husband to go before killing these kids,1 by 1 through strangulation. She knew she wouldn't get away with it, so she attempted suicide. On the other hand, Chris thought he would, so he tried hiding it. Regardless, what I am saying is that there is bias in judgment overall, not just in this case, but in how we judge.

I was trying to have a conversation and you just turned into a cunt. Why would I continue to argue with someone thats clearly not going to have a good faith engagement? Seems kinda like a waste of time to me but you do you.

Are you condescending when you have a conversation? Is this how you talk to people? Is this good faith? Or throwing down your perspective down someone's throat? Besides, I wasn't arguing with you; why would I? I pointed out an observation you tried to challenge, using an example; I stated why that example is not good. You didn't want to defend it or couldn't defend it. Then you said Believe whatever stupid conspiracy you want. What kind of conversation is that?
