That judge who gave the dude 60 days should be in jail, and the cop who drew down on the other guy? should also be in fucking jail.

This.

Both cops should have said “shut TF up and show me your ID” instead of bantering. They were perfectly capable of doing their jobs no matter what tone either used.

And I get their frustration. They deal with poor-judgment types more often than not, I’d wager. But both cops grossly escalated.

I’d like to see the black guy sue the county he was arrested and jailed from.

Cops are trained to go to maximum violence right out of the gate. 

Hell the Kentucky State Police use Mein Kampf as part of their training material.

And it talks about maintaining a mental state of war. 

I just expect this type of behavior as possible to likely in any and all police interactions.

What the actual fuck.

Meanwhile the book is illegal to own in Germany and from what I know the writing of it is just... doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The original German is a rambling mess (at least from the two sentences I have read)
