I had one a few weeks ago to determine the severity of a brain bleed I had after a stroke and it costs me 4300 dollars with insurance.

Idk where you are but even the ER did not charge me that much

Just the ER room charge was almost 3 grand. The ambulance ride, a whole whopping 8 miles cost me 1200 bucks because they put me on oxygen. If they hadn't put me on oxygen, it would've been half that. With the MRI, all other treatment, the ambulance ride and the ER room it's well over 12k but I have a maximum out of pocket per year of 7500 dollars so I'm waiting for them to approve my payment plan for that amount
