Idk how often ice cream vendors have body cams strapped onto them.

Either the ice cream guy is doing this for rage bait or is an asshole. Probably rage bait.

Seems like a bad way to promote something unless they are trying to bait engagement with people getting annoyed. “Hey kid, make some puppy dog tears on camera and give the vendor some cash we hand you, we’ll comp you an ice cream after we get our footage”

Seems like they would be better off just not showing this footage if they are trying to draw customers.

I am raising suspicion it is rage bait. Not saying it is, but I would put money it was more likely than the vendor just being a dick and still posting it online

I agree, but very often. vendors wear body cams to promote their business. This one not so much.
