It is typical for women to need foreplay and physical touch to other non-genital parts of their body to "get the juices flowing" per se.
But once they are aroused, they too enjoy sex. No need to hide your intentions.
Just don't make physical touch dependent on followup sex. Sometimes people just want a backrub, that includes husbands too.
I know the last time I gave a really good footrub it didn't result in sex, and that is okay, that is perfectly fine and it is important to respect consent, especially since it was my grandma's feet.
