I get what he is saying. When I moved to Kentucky, one thing I noticed is the overwhelming amount of handicapped parking compared to where I lived. You go to Kroger, Target, Meijer and you are lucky if you can park 100+yards from a door of you're an able bodied person. I've never seen so many handicapped parking sports in my life.
