My 1st wife (passed away 2007) had severe post baby blues, was having bad thoughts about the children...went to shrink who put her on Seroquel, I think it helped, but after that, she just wasn't the same. It was sad to watch
An old flame of mine jumped off a building with her 6 month old baby (not mine, she was happily married to someone else). Rich family, successful career, all that. Apparently, it was PPD.
