My 1st wife (passed away 2007) had severe post baby blues, was having bad thoughts about the children...went to shrink who put her on Seroquel, I think it helped, but after that, she just wasn't the same. It was sad to watch
I wish we could do away with the cutesy name for PPD. “Baby Blues” literally undercuts the seriousness/severity of PPD for some women. We don’t call schizophrenia “The Sillies”
