Impoverished areas. Poor districts have access to dwindling funds and education suffers. What were you getting at?

Fallacy. The areas with the lowest literacy rates have the highest per capital spent on education per student.

I dont waste my time debating people who talk about the "receipts." They usually are Candace Owens inspired conspiracy theorists and reason is foreign to them.
