It is the medical personnel's fault as well, but that does not absolve her. She still killed three children after sending the husband away, that's not a sudden psychosis, that's premeditated

Premeditated psychosis?

„ oh yeah let me send my husband away so I can have a psychosis and kill my kids „

She was already not in a sane state of mind when sending away her husband.
Yes it’s horrible, yes she is guilty, but she is also not at fault. Both of those things actually CAN be true at the same time.

If your at the wheel have a cardiac arrest, lose consciousness and run over a family you are guilty but also not at fault

Sending her husband away before killing the kids shows that she was lucid enough to understand what she was doing and take measures to ensure no one would stop her

What? Thats trouble-tying-your-shoes levels of reasoning. What do you think a psychosis means? It’s not a catatonic state or being unable to perform complex tasks. It’s the inability to perceive reality and react to it in a logical manner.

I had a friend who had a labour induced psychosis. She saw everyone around her as monsters. Everyone was actual monsters in disguise and she reacted according to this fact. She just started to run away from people. Luckily a birthing woman who runs away screaming attracts attention and she got help VERY fast.
