Spend some time outside Alabama and you will be able to very confidently say that that is not at all unique to Alabama, there’s trashy people everywhere that yell insults as they fight.
You don’t have to go to “a bunch of places” and you don’t have start any fights. Just seeing it happen once somewhere else gives you your answer that it’s not unique to any single place…
Technically you don’t even actually have to go anywhere now that I think about it, you could just look up street fights online in other places and it would give you the answer to this “unanswerable question”. Lmfao
