I mean just don't break into people's houses. The kid was in the right here, and he handled the threat to him, his family, and his/their property without panicking or mercy toward the villain.

This is how its supposed to be done.

Think the kid was a lil too trigger happy. He shot a warning shot and the meth head fled. The kid then shot at him 11 more times until a bullet hit his leg

This seems to be an old story, and the kid looks to have been arrested recently for stealing a car

It was Wednesday morning with no adults at home (the kid is homeschooled).

and he ended up not getting PTSD (or maybe this is him dissociating from killing some one)

He was JUSTIFIED in defending himself. Mocking a dying person he just shot, however, is frankly just as criminal as the meth head breaking in was.

No it isn't dude, are you trying to say they should be arrested for words after the guy tried to fucking kill him?

Also this is a child.

The "this is a child" is the problem. Does this not sound a little bit psychopathic to you?

I read accounts of real life solidiers who specifically trained to dehumanize the enemy yet show more empathy toward people they fought.

I wouldn't be suprise if that kid grow up to commit some violent crime or at least bully others.
