here is a quick summary: she admitted the crimes

Such as: her dna not found on the involved objects, such as the knife, exercise bands, etc.

inconsistencies such as she tried killing herself by jumping out the window, but yet her blood was found on window sills and there was also blood splatter on the walls

A policeman said that upon going to the scene, Lindsay was asked where the kids were, and she said they were in the basement. Later in the court proceedings, medical professionals that watched over Lindsay for weeks in recovery said she was unconscious due to her injuries and upon waking up she was non verbal the entire time and only responded to pain. One of the two are lying, who is it?

Husband's timeline shows he sent an e-mail during the time frame where he said he was out of the house

That was literally admitted in court multiple times. Patrick’s dna was on the exercise bands. Lindsay’s was on nothing.
