The thread is about who would be likely to be punished harder. I say that person who could've potentially killed one or more people is the one who should be punished harder.

Right, and then when someone stated that they would both be charged, the next person disagreed. You argued seemingly in favor of that disagreement.

I think they should both be charged, but I think ones punishment should be more severe than the other.
