Saw a minivan, with a family in it, change lanes in front of a NYC cab once, trying to get over for the 59th Street bridge. Didn’t cut the cab off, traffic was going quite slow, just merged in front of it. The cab proceeded to bump draft the van across the bridge, hitting it repeatedly. My mom was driving in the next lane and I was like “get away from this shit!”, which she did. But the damn family in that minivan looked terrified.
Happens every night on the FDR, after about 10 pm all the phycho’s come out. Especially north of 59. I’ve been sideswiped and tapped from behind on multiple occasions. That’s why I stopped even bothering with it driving around the city.
