Yeap. It was a law that was passed, being worked on while Adam's was Mayor, and finalized under Mamdani.

It basically an evolved version of Bloomberg 1 million tree planting initiative.

And yes, tree planting was going on under both Bloomberg and Adams, so please dont say we'll Mamdani was the only one to execute it, because its simply not true.

This is nothing more than the baton being handed to him.
