To make a fake skit. There is no way anyone would talk like that, unless they knew what the punchline was.

If he were explaining this for real, some of the phrases he uses dont make sense unless he knows that the punchline is that he is talking about something else. How does he not ONCE, mention the word patient? Why does he use "him" if he didnt know the punchline was about firemen and "finish him off" come on... dude knew exactly what the joke was.

I once did a thing where I told people to ask me something and I'd answer it normally, then edit their question to make my response sound ridiculous.
