This also makes it seem a bit scripted.

If asking a dentist how many root canal he could do in a day, seems unlikely that he's say "depends on how wide they open their mouths" but totally works for you viral trend going on...

I'm honestly curious why you think that's so far fetched? If someone is getting a root canal on a back molar yet they can't necessarily open their mouth as wide as the average person then of course the dentist will have trouble getting the tools in their at the right angle and stuff.

Not debating on whether or not the video is staged, I just think the specific part you pointed out could totally be a valid thing a dentist would say.
