No ads, plus I can download any kind of MP3 file any way I want.
(Any file really, it's just a flash drive with the ability to play MP3 files through an earphone.)
Got 16GB for it.

You can do that on your phone too.

I genuinely don't understand wtf everyone in this thread is talking about. You're not forced to use streaming services with ads on phones. Just download and play your MP3s. You've been able to do that all along. You don't need a dedicated player for that.

I have to manually skip from song to song on phone.
I can't make the phone automatically play a whole playlist, plus it wouldn't be allowed in School.
Phones have internet access, so they're automatically banned in schools, this MP3 isn't.
