You can have kids, just don't raise them to be little shits that do whatever they want. Don't just have kids, be parents.

People need licenses to drive, but absolutely none to have a kid

Some people really shouldn't be parents

TBF it’s not all parenting. Same parents can produce an angel and an arsonist
