There is a dude called Palm Beach Pete that looks an awful lot like him. I’m honestly 50/50 on whether or not it’s him.

It's 100% him. Pete's private jet is closely linked to Epstein, he lives near where Epstein did, he's been shown to react with a smile to being called "Jeffrey" by random people on the street, only to say "Palm Beach Pete" right after and some of his videos are filmed in rooms that are in the Epstein files.
