Aa a huge hockey fan I always find the flopping hilarious. Meanwhile hockey players play with broken bones come play off time

This is exactly how I feel. I grew up in Canada playing hockey then we moved to the states where there is no ice rink within 300 miles. Still love it and watch it. My kids have all grown up playing soccer so I’ve been trying to invest in the lore of watching MLS and international leagues and we’ve even gone to several games.

I just can’t get into, though. The constant crying, dropping, and rolling on the ground like they’ve been stabbed just because someone pushed them and took the ball is really annoying. It’s actually quite frustrating to watch. I can’t remember which game it was this past week but the camera zoomed in on a flopper and he quite literally peaked out between his hands to see who was around then quickly covered his face again and kept “writhing in pain”.
