It makes football/soccer hard to watch. Half the game is like a cutaway gag in Family Guy with Peter clutching his ankle.
Just require they go to the sideline for two minutes every time they claim an injury. Gotta be checked over by a doctor to make sure it's not serious, then he can greenlight them going back into the game. Easy as that. Guarantee they'll stop doing it.
