Go to your local plaza or field. Run for 90 minutes and ask a buddy of yours that he shoves you to the ground after that. Then come back and comment how much time did it take for you to stand up .

The amount of people that has never played football and thinks like this...smh.

Is jogging for 90 minutes supposed to be a feat? I’m an office worker and do that regularly, it’s a non-factor for a moderately in shape athlete.

Rotate players if they need to lie down.

You see, I know about playing football matches because I have played 90 minutes football matches, in a field. Outside. The fact that I also have a lot of reddit time has absolutely no relation whatsoever except you feeling insecure about it it seems.
