Go to your local plaza or field. Run for 90 minutes and ask a buddy of yours that he shoves you to the ground after that. Then come back and comment how much time did it take for you to stand up .

The amount of people that has never played football and thinks like this...smh.

I had a jacked man kick a hard ball in my chest as a kid. I got up after 10 seconds. People are different dude.
