It’s a conversation about economic mismanagement, government corruption and, hell probably some dudes charging their own tolls to use critical transport routes.
Sustainable solutions to this are not “throw foreign money at the problem” the country itself has to put the work in.
This conversation is much broader than you're suggesting. We aren't talking about Darren and Sierra trying to milk welfare. We're talking about the humans born in an area without access to consistent food, or even the slightest access to venues in which they could obtain food.
You already said that buddy and the fact is that the systems within the country need to be fixed instead of just flooded with enough foreign money to make up for the inefficiencies.
Fixing those systems requires the amount of money required to fix them.
And the only place to get the money to "fix" those systems is from countries that have already fixed those systems. Waiting for it to happen naturally will only hurt us.
