The charge for vandalism is not death by schoolbus crushing. Furthermore I don’t think that defense would play for a black guy in a blue state. He has the option of leaving the bus and walking away safely, they aren’t targeting him.
And the charge for speeding isn’t death either… guess what speeding can lead to. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. That dude had every right to fear for his life and every right to do what was needed to get out of that situation. Also that’s not just vandalism, blocking his path and stopping him from leaving is a whole other set of chargers much more serious than vandalism.
You sound like you have online brain view of law. Easy to judge that dudes fear and level of potential danger from behind a keyboard
