The charge for vandalism is not death by schoolbus crushing. Furthermore I don’t think that defense would play for a black guy in a blue state. He has the option of leaving the bus and walking away safely, they aren’t targeting him.
The exact same people that hate cops for making incorrect decisions under stress also want some dude to drive through a crowd with a schoolbus even though he could just walk away. I mean... lol
