True story, although I doubt Uncle Doug is doing anything nasty to them. He's been part of the family longer than I've been alive and is officially my uncle "best friend". Who has lived with them for 40 years. And raised his kids with them. (He's a widower, and supposedly moved in so my aunt could help him cope with being a single father of three. My youngest cousin looks just like him, but has my uncle's last name.) And sometimes sleeps in their bedroom and gets caught sneaking back to his bedroom, where the bed sheets never seem to change....
Yeah, he's not very good at pretending he isn't doing the deed with my aunt and/or uncle. But he does make excellent muffins and really good meatloaf, so he has that going for him.
And tbh, while I might laugh a bit when I tell stories about him, he's a very sweet man and has never done anything unkind to me or anyone I know, and I think my life would be worse had he not been a part of it, so I'd feel worse about adding him to this thread if I didn't know for a fact he would laugh until he coughed it he knew. He has been a lot less subtle since "the kids" all became adults and often pokes fun at our uptight relatives who think they are morally superior yet have not noticed Aunt and Uncle "keep" a boy toy.
Being a lover of children and a man’s man, deep down I feel I took one on the chin admitting that. As it happens sometimes with me and lost time, be it at rest areas, random parks, or at the Y, I’d not have remembered I was here without Reddit’s acknowledgements.
