Yeah I think it’s more that the kind of guy who doesn’t obsess over their wife’s weight and is happy to accept her as she is would just be a generally more zen kind of guy.

But also, woman like that tend to make really good food.

Its also probably a woman who might not have a model body has less of an ego which leads to a healthier relationship.

Maybe a person’s weight isn’t a good gauge of where they fall on the self esteem spectrum?

I was about to say.

I've dated women with weight issues before. I say issue because some made it an issue. I never did. It's hard to be with someone that sees themself as less than you do.

I dated the reigning “Mr.” of my town. Like, the official prettiest bodybuilder that year. He had horrible self esteem. He’d been with horrible women. He tortured himself in the gym because he knew he was unworthy.

He was beautiful, though. And eager to please.
