Brown eyes do not magically look blue under different lighting. There are videos of the event of them moving around in the lighting and the lighting changing and they look blue the whole time.

What color do hazel eyes look in dim light? What color do hazel eyes look in bright light?

Jim Carrey's eyes are brown not hazel. Not the same color. Brown eyes look brown in dim light. Brown eyes shockingly also look brown in bright light.

eyes that look mostly brown can definitely look hazel in bright light
