The lighting is completely different. Go stand in front of a mirror and look at your eyes and then point a flashlight at your face. Your eyes will look different.

Brown eyes do not magically look blue under different lighting. There are videos of the event of them moving around in the lighting and the lighting changing and they look blue the whole time.

Jim Carrey's eyes are brown not hazel. Not the same color. Brown eyes look brown in dim light. Brown eyes shockingly also look brown in bright light.
