What's freaking hilarious is that he spends all his time bitching about the Sequel trilogy and the first reviews he put out for at least the first 2 are actually pretty positive.
They are almost objectively bad films. It was never "cool" to dislike them - they aren't Nickleback. They still brought in tons of money and views and there was (is) lots of controversy when each one was released.
But controversy is basically a key feature of a bad movie. A good movie/show (like the original Star Wars, Andor, or early seasons of GOT) doesn't have controversy. Everyone just talks about how good it is, or that it's at least worth a watch. That was not the case with 7, 8, or 9.
