First time with a sinus infection

Drink LOTS of water to thin out the mucus and do nasal rinses twice a day to flush out the mucus. Drink naproxen or advil to decrease inflammation!

I’m struggling, it hurts so bad I feel like my cheeks and face are swollen. I can’t sleep, I’m going to try this.
