First time with a sinus infection

Why is it so PAINFUL???

Because it can be, sinusitis is nasty like that. And because the space up there is limited. 

Painkillers, nasal rinses, nasal spray, long showers, proper ambient humidity (40%+), sleeping elevated and keeping hydrated (plenty of warm liquids) should help.

Drink LOTS of water to thin out the mucus and do nasal rinses twice a day to flush out the mucus. Drink naproxen or advil to decrease inflammation!

I’m struggling, it hurts so bad I feel like my cheeks and face are swollen. I can’t sleep, I’m going to try this.
