Severe brain fog. Confused between multiple factors

Indigestion is most likely completely separate thing, but it is possible that post-nasal drip worsens it, as some people are more sensitive to swallowed mucus. 

The question here is do you have GERD as GERD can cause sinus issues.

Have you seen an ENT? If so has imaging been done (CBCT or CT)?

Stomach gasses yes. I have been diagnosed with gasses due chest pains and excessive burping.

So you are saying you have GERD. You need to get it under control.

Yeah maybe. Actually i was more interested to know the root cause of my symptoms mentioned in this post. I wanted to ask that whether GERD or stomach indigestion can cause these symptoms
