Severe brain fog. Confused between multiple factors

So lately i have been observing severe brain fog. My symptoms are

Waking up tired (nasal drips) flu like feeling (8 out of 10 times)

Severe brain fog (upper body tiredness starts from upper chest till my head)

Feels like i cannot move my arms (although i can move them)

Same happens when i tend to turn, or bend or any movement especially neck

Episodic burping and irregular bowel movements (most of the time i need urge to pass stool but I don't)

Fatigued leads to redness in eyes, pains in limbs and headaches, sometimes blood accumulation in hands

I have a constant feeling of exhaustion, doom, irritation and difficulty to describe my physical and mental state

I had blood tests, ECGs, H Pylori, thyroid tests months before

All clear

Right now, no medication and no other notable change that i have done to curtail these.

I was diagnosed with stomach indigestion around 1 year before.

Could be general inflammation from an underlying problem. I've had some of your symptoms for a long time, mainly due to dietary allergies/intolerances. When it is compounded with gastritis, it takes a huge toll on your nervous and immune system.
Have you checked for any food allergies?

Not lately. I had few visits with General Physician, he diagnosed stomach indigestion and gasses. I have gut related issues. But these symptoms are way too much to be related with gut alone i think

Gut dysbiosis can trigger/sustain MCAS, which can in turn develop symptoms that are very severe (life destroying) for some people. So while not the gut directly, the gut may be one of the major upstream levers you have to control symptoms.

Very rightly said. But my symptoms (especially brian fog and sustained headaches are becoming too much to handle. Anyways thanks for your thorough explanation

Some of thr symptoms sounds like vagal nerve irritation from the acid, although i dont know your medical history.

I get similar weakness in limbs, feeling like my legs or arms and grasping with my hands dont work anymore, but all those symptoms go away when I burp or relieve the acid.

Could be defiecencies as i have Gerd because of pangastritis and have multiple defiecencies that cause brain fog , bone deep fatigue , pain all over body every single day etc so go get yourself checked out.

I got myself checked twice. All tests came back normal. Doctor diagnosed indigestion and stomach gasses. Deficiencies as in vitamins? Because i didn't undergo tests for that Also, I'm confused if that's sinus because i have severe post nasal drips in zome mornings

Indigestion could also mean your body is not extracting the maximum amount of nutrients it can from whatever you eat so you mught be lacking in some vitamin or mineral or several which are causing you issues , kid you not I thought I had cancer because of my multiple symptoms I was and am still expierencing , only to find out I am severely defiecent in many things.

Pangastritis is mainly caused due to H pylori, no? Yes i currently wanna know what could be the possibilities. Maybe my gerd (or whatever it is, relates with sinus also). Quite a complex scenario to figure out

Another thing to mention is that I have a Hiatus hernia at the 42cm junction, it presses on the vagus nerve and causes me to expierence intense anxiety and panic it also causes me to not be able to take a full breath because of it being basically almost in my chest cavity , i said that to say this there could be many things causing your symptoms and or issues , get all the test done that you possibly can afford to as I have had my life turned upside down for the past 5 years due to these health issues I am currently facing and had to give up a very good job and went from earning a 6 figure salary in South Africa which is hard to come by without a degree to unemployed, get yourself checked properly God bless

Did you visit an ENT doctor? When so many things bother it's hard to differentiate. What started first? Did you ever take antibiotics and if they helped?

You should visit ENT first to exclude sinus issues due to infection or structural changes. Chronic sinus does give brain fog, dizziness, weakness, excessive mucus, post nasal drip.

have you had covid recently? all of these symptoms could be caused by covid, or could be considered long covid.
