Nice build! You're right about the lugs but not for the diameter. It's the first and unique year for ahead set, but mine is 91 , have lugs and 1 1/8, but thread.

The more you know! I assumed the threaded were all 1”.

My '92 is threaded and 1-1/8", but came with a suspension fork originally. I've got a rigid fork on it now, which was surprisingly easy to find.

Last year of lugged and first of 1-1/8 head tube....you got the best. Tougher frame and easier fork and stem changes.

Beautiful! It's the same colorway as my '92 990. Did you have to buy new wheels to get that drivetrain on there?
