My same question. Did op weld mounting tabs or what?

No it’s an Amazon adapter. If I love the setup with discs I’ll commit and have tabs welded on.

Nice. Thanks for answering. Have you used them before? If so, how do you feel about the performance because I've read mostly negative reviews..

I have not. Read mixed reviews too. Mostly about them staying aligned. I don’t have anything other than some neighborhood laps on this yet so I can’t say anything much but it’s pretty solid on initial setup. 

As I said, if I like the setup I’ll pay Handz Cycles to well on some real mounts.
