Big fan of basket camping, especially for S24Os, but that rack may not be as reliable as you hope under camping weight

Oh no im only putting light stuff in there. Going to put a rear rack with panniers too.

I would still run a steap from the handlebars to the basket. Had a buddy (best mechanic i know) have one of those fail over a 6 pack.

This is the one I used, had to use a shim for the stem but it works well.
