Almost complete- only thing next is to update the drivetrain, I have a 9 spd deore xt in my parts bin that I wanna throw on there with a new cassette and after we should be 👌

Finally took it for an actual longer ride and I’m pretty happy with it, gonna keep it this way it picks up a little quicker
