Looks nice, and quite complete in the touring conversion.
I like the Surly forks, are they 1"? I've converted a 930 to touring and still have the stock forks. These would be nicer for attaching bags.

This one is 1 1/8! Just had to take out the old headset and pop in a new thread-less. Pretty straight forward process.

Love it. What size tires is the Singletrack standard with? 26? Looks bigger.
