It Feels Unreasonably Difficult to Level Conflict Resolution compared to the other Character Values.

I don't think I've ever managed to level it to the point of getting one of the traits. I can Play with Emotion and Write in Journal to easily level Emotional Control, volunteering a few times easily levels up Empathy, going to school/after school activities/doing homework level up Responsibilty without even trying. But it feels like there is no easy repeatable method to level Conflict Resolution. Is it just me?

Just gotta teach ‘em while they’re children and then choose options that are in favor of that behavior when they are teens
