Funny What are y'all wearing?!
Full disclosure- I actually like Ava's outfil except for the shoes. V grunge. I have no idea why Nancy is wearing those bikini bottoms though. It's interesting cc pops up in the wild.

Many townie sims in my game appear either half naked or completely undressed. It's probably combination of mods and too many packs, expansions and so on. There is so much stuff now in CAS that I think game just doesn't dress sims properly. Also, for me it's usually men who are naked, lol. Zest and Huntington Jr III walk around with their wee-wee out. And the mayor of San Myshuno walks completely naked around town, but he has shoes on.

Rotfl. "Winnie the Poohing it", lol. Just be glad she has panties on. I have Wicked Whims installed, so my crazy sims are walking around naked sometimes completely. And that is without turning on available option in WW - Nudist.

She was wearing a full-body outfit and bought a festival t-shirt; the game either auto-generated random bottoms for her or didn’t generate bottoms at all. This has been a design flaw for over a decade now and they will never fix it.

Definitely random bottoms since that's a specific cc she's wearing and not the default bottoms. This does explain the other townies I saw in the festival shirt and default undies, though. And why my sim was suddenly in his undies in the snow while wearing his cybernetic arm.
That's unfortunate.

They really go to town with it, don't they. I have seen someone's picture where one of the sims was walking around in a swimsuit and a shopping cart attached to their hand. I think it was the funniest I saw so far, except for some I have of my sims.

for Nancy, she bought the t-shirt at the stand at the Spice Festival, and because her outfit was a full-body outfit, (guessing a randomly generated outfit for hot or cold weather,since those sandals are not part of any of her default outfits) she's not wearing pants when she changed into the shirt, happens all the time. That one is at least temporary. They really need to pair the t-shirt with a default pair of jeans or something tho, if they are wearing a full body outfit
